FOSTER-TO-ADOPT is an option for potential adopters to basically "try out" your new pet for a 2 week period to see if he/she is a good fit for your family. After the 2 week period, you must finalize the adoption or return the dog. You may return the dog before the 2 week period ends pursuant to the terms of the Foster-to-Adopt agreement. The dog remains the property of Paw Angels, Inc. during the Foter-to-Adopt period (even if the period is extended beyond the two weeks noted on this document) and may be reclaimed by Paw Angels, Inc. for any reason and at any time during the foster-to-adopt period. Paw Angels, Inc. has the right to refuse an adoption for any reason. The dog remains the property of Paw Angels until a fully executed Adoption Agreement is approved by Paw Angels and executed by both the potential adopter and Paw Angels.
